So much to blog, so little time to blog it… Several crucial threads are emerging and each demands a long response. However, my head is too addled to tackle quantum physics (Michael, Nick, John) and my emotions are too raw to handle the issue of calling (Lisa). I must get to these as soon as possible but first… …let me briefly add an extension to Henry’s earlier post about the real reason for the American invasion of Iraq (now Ameraq). What I propose is that to propel ourselves towards bestselling fame and associated wealth, we should each take a war in history and demonstrate, in a chapter, how the object of the war was really to gain control over an artefact/area of occult significance. World War II would be easy as the Nazi’s were well-documented diabolists. See the recent Sunday Times article on Hitler’s belief in the power of the sword of Longinus. Also that war monger par excellence, Napolean, is credited with rediscovering the pyramids of Egypt. Can we prove that these were really the object of his expansionist drive? The Israeli/Palestine conflict yields material enough for several chapters but what about the wars in the Far East? They could be more tricky to link in. Who’s game? Failing this we may have to take up David’s suggestion and become bounty hunters chasing Saddam through the Iraqi desert.
